Mpileng Group was established to address the skills shortage and labour uncertainties businesses in South Africa encounter. We identified a need for professional and experienced individuals that could provide efficient and transparent business to business services related to skills development, B-BBEE legislation, employment equity and labour law compliance. Armed with the right knowledge and people, we took on the task to fill that gap. Mpileng Group boasts within its ranks talented, qualified and experienced lawyers, accountants, tax practitioners, business practitioners and advisors. We currently operate in 2 offices, Pretoria being our Head Office and Polokwane with a staff complement of over 200 employees. We have approximately 500 clients operating in different industries across all 9 provinces in South Africa.
