- Please refer to the build-up schedule on above for access times.
- A loading bay will be made available to exhibitors at the times above. Please ensure you use the hall 5 loading bay off Richards drive.
- Exhibitors are required to remove their vehicles from the loading bay once offloaded. Please note there is limited parking which is available on a first come, first served basis.
- The show organisers and venue cannot be held responsible for goods that arrive without prior arrangement or for items that are left unattended.
- All stands are to be set up no later than Monday 6 June 2022 at 22h00
- Please note that all display vehicles are to be brought in by no later than Sunday 5 June 12h00
- Break-down will be allowed from Thursday 9 June 16h00. The exhibition floor needs to be completely cleared of visitors before anything can be removed off the exhibition floor.
- Please note this is an extremely high-risk period for theft and exhibitors are advised to stay on their stand until all goods have been removed.
- The integrity of the show is based on exhibits being open during show hours, therefore exhibitors will not be allowed to leave with their goods prior to the show closing on Thursday 9 June 16h00
- All materials must be removed by respective exhibitors by no later than Friday 10 June 12h00
- If you have hired furniture from our suppliers or from an external source, we advise you to clear cupboards and display of goods, brochures etc soon as the expo closes as these suppliers are usually on site to collect very soon after closing time.
- While measures are put in place to secure the venue, neither the organisers, the organisers contractors, nor the venue, will be held responsible for loss or damage to exhibitor property or for any injury to exhibitors or their contractors during this period.
