Keatlaretswe is a young,driven and hardworking female, born in Brits in the North-West Province. She obtained her BEng Civil Engineering degree at the University of Pretoria where she was also an Academic tutor for 3 years.
She was employed by SNA Civil and Structural Engineers as a junior structural engineer and later an Assistant Resident Engineer on the Mthatha R61 and Mthatha Bypass projects. She has completed her Master’s in Structural Engineering at the University of Witwatersrand. She has since started her own engineering consulting company called Kgarebana Civil and Structural Engineers. Kgarebana means young woman in Setswana, her home language.
