Since 2006 TD Plastmass Group LLC is the supplier of unique wear resistant polymers of ZEDEX ® in the territory of Russia and the CIS countries. Over the years, the company has gained considerable experience in polymer compounds and, having studied the modern market of Russian engineering, opened its own production of hightech worldclass ZEDEX ® materials in Russia.
Today, the company ”TD Plastmass Group” produces more than 30 brands of materials ZEDEX ® (based on the engineering thermoplastics PEEK, PPS, PET, PTFE, PEI, PI, UHMW and the unique additives), their quality far exceed the world famous analogues. We have different forms of delivery:
from the primary (granulate) to the final product (sheets, rods, tubes) and components made under the client’s order. ZEDEX ® materials have improved technical characteristics, which allow them to replace traditional technologically old fashioned materials still used in the Russian industry in the friction/sliding units and mechanisms (expensive metal alloys, bronze, fluoroplast, textolite, polyamide, etc.). From ZEDEX materials by machining and molding are made by various parts of the frictionsliding units and lining for operation surfaces of various mechanisms at the enterprises of almost all industries: building, mining, gas and oil, atom and are widely used in medicine.
